Both Apartments have a parking space and are fully centrally heated and have constant hot water which is included in the price. Also included are the bed linen, towels, tea towels, and a small quantity of cleaning materials. Within the kitchen you will find a small welcome pack.Children are welcome by prior arrangement only.

Apartment 1 - Sleeps 2 persons

This has a private entrance from the side of the building, through its own small garden. You enter into the lounge dining area with a leather sofa, Reclining chair, TV video and Free view. The kitchenette area comprises of oven with grill, microwave oven, 2 ring hob, fridge with a small freezer compartment, along with many other electrical appliances, making this as fully equipped as your kitchen at home. Beyond the kitchen is the bathroom with both bath and shower facility. The bedroom has twin beds, TV and an open hanging storage unit.

 

 

Apartment 2 - Sleeps 4 persons

From the front door passing through the comfortable B&B dining and lounge area you will find the apartments front door. Once inside you'll find a lounge dining room with a separate small kitchen with the same appliances as per unit 1. This apartment has 2 bedrooms comprising of a double king size bed with shower en-suite and a twin bedded room with a shower en-suite, Flat screen TV,Dvd and Free view. When not being used for self catering we use these rooms for bed and breakfast.
